More than 20 years of experience in human-centered design: research to identify beliefs, needs, viewpoints, or behaviors, conceptualisation, prototyping, and digital strategy roadmaps for products and/or services. She has carried out innovation and design projects for various sectors and clients, including Airbus, BBVA, Endesa, Repsol, Universidad de Deusto, Adif, Banco Santander, and Sanitas. Currently, she is particularly focused on data-driven design, digital data ethics, and the humanisation of data.
