We implemented a dedicated governance and action plan for a leading automotive manufacturer: We carried out environmental diagnoses and an action plan and then implemented a governance structure and associated comitology, as well as skills training and the creation and management of a cross-functional Digital Responsibility team.

We are supporting one of our banking client's current initiatives, a carbon calculation tool, through: identifying decarbonisation drivers, gathering customer needs and experience data, evaluating features, documenting stakeholder and business requirements, advising on sustainability obligations, and advising on target markets, functionality, data requirements and sustainability.

We create audits of the maturity of environmental management systems and normative compliance, carrying out calculations on environmental impact, and transforming tools within and beyond the digital sector by leveraging data, which quantifies our analyses and enables factual, auditable steering.

A Public Service body in a European country asked for our analysis and guidance on the societal impact of certain government policies. We applied a decision-support approach using data visualisation to facilitate the deployment of actions based on KPIs, using a toolkit to facilitate the centralised management of initiatives and boost performance with the creation of a historical database, definition of indicators and a skills matrix.

We helped a key player in heavy industry to federate building data from 2,000 of its production zones into a shared data lake, drawing on all available data sources (IOT, billing, meters, etc.). .
