  • Sopra Steria unveils a deployable version of its sovereign security monitoring solution, Mactan, called Mactan Ops.
  • Its rapid deployment and low hardware footprint enable effective information system monitoring, even in the most complex environments.

Paris, November 20, 2024 – At the European Cyber Week 2024, Sopra Steria introduces a new dimension to cyber defense with the launch of a deployable version of Mactan, a security monitoring solution that can be deployed in operations.

Already a leader in the sector, the Mactan security monitoring solution is now available in a deployable version, called Mactan Ops. This major evolution offers security and defense forces the ability to support their operations everywhere in the field, without the need for dedicated specialists. Thanks to its modular design and proven adaptability, Mactan easily interfaces with existing security systems (NDR, EDR, etc.). Its rapid deployment and low hardware footprint enable effective information system monitoring, even in the most complex environments.

In addition to Mactan & Mactan Ops, Sopra Steria has presented on the European Cyber Week several other innovative sovereign cybersecurity and cyber defense solutions, including:

  • Reveal – A cybersecurity solution developed by Sopra Steria, capable of thoroughly analysing and decontaminating the content of files and extracting data from various files, such as archives, emails and their attachments, or directly from virtual machines, to neutralize malicious data.
  • DataSphere – A DCS (Data Centric Security) solution offering comprehensive protection of documents throughout their lifecycle. This interoperable solution combines labelling mechanisms and data encryption compliant with STANAG 4774 and 4778, as well as granular and continuous access control.
  • Threat Watch – A service allowing the management of business risks related to vulnerabilities impacting the information system. This service alerts Sopra Steria's clients with a customized analysis of vulnerabilities in their context to appreciate the real risk induced by their criticality. It facilitates maintaining security conditions by consolidating the necessary information in a single tool, allowing the management of remediation.
  • SEDUCS, by CS GROUP – A platform for generating sovereign hardened operating systems deployable on any type of hardware and systems to ensure a high level of security and minimize operational and security maintenance. The SEDUCS unifyer solution enables the implementation of a dual-domain, dual-level workstation allowing the user to work fully mobile on two isolated environments with different security needs.
