Sopra Steria Next has won 3 awards, Gold, Silver and Bronze, at the Syntec Conseil Grand Prix’s ceremony for projects carried out for our clients: Fidal, Orange and SNCF

This Wednesday 27 November at the Syntec Conseil Grand Prix, we had the immense honour of winning three awards:

Gold award in the "Innovations & Insights" category for AI at the heart of law firm life with Fidal

Every year, the lawyers at Fidal, France's leading business law firm, draft and analyse more than 500,000 legal documents, an expert but also time-consuming process. Fidal, in partnership with Sopra Steria Next, has imagined and designed a bespoke AI platform, radically transforming the profession of its lawyers. By capitalising on decades of the firm's legal expertise, crossed with French and European Law data, this platform enables lawyers to focus fully on advice, legal strategy and client relations. With this initiative, Fidal is positioning itself as a pioneer in legal innovation.

Congratulations to Jean-Godefroy DESMAZIERES, Deputy Managing Director of Fidal, Stéphane MARIOTTO, CIO & CISO, Fidal, Khalil METTALAOUI, Manager Sopra Steria Next, Bruno MAILLOT, Head of AI, Sopra Steria Next and Hedwige DE VILLARTAY, Communication Director, Fidal.

Silver award in the "Customer Engagement" category for the new in-store experience with Orange

By placing the human at the centre of its approach, Sopra Steria Next and the teams at InProcess are reinventing the in-store Orange experience. Strategic design enables innovation through human sciences by observing customers, understanding their deep motivations in moments of truth to be reinvented. This approach transforms a moment that is often a source of frustration into a rich, immersive experience. This "user-centred" experience boosts customer satisfaction, increases the flow of information and improves the performance of sales staff.

Well done to Alexis TRICHET, VP Strategy, Data and Consumer insights, Orange, Christophe PORTAL, Orange et Christophe REBOURS, Head of In Process (entity of Sopra Steria Next)

Bronze award in the “Data, services and technologies” category for industrial metaverse with SNCF Réseau

The French railway signalling design department manages more than 27,000 km of rail connections. Sopra Steria Next has supported SNCF RESEAU in exploring the potential of the Industrial Metaverse by implementing a dedicated platform to exploit existing data. Its ambition is to exploit a wealth of data, optimise operations, rethink simulation exercises and identify business transformation opportunities.

Congratulations to François PONTVIANNE, Head of Section SF ES AMOA, SNCF, David MAURANGE, Head of Digital Interaction & Metaverse Sopra Steria Next, Valérie DEHLINGER, Business Director Unit Transport et Mobility Sopra Steria and Romain DRAG, Account Manager Sopra Steria
