Compensation of executive company officers
Disclosure of company officer compensation as recommended by the Afep-Medef code of corporate governance
Disclosure of company officer compensation as recommended by the Afep-Medef code of corporate governance
During its meeting on 21 April 2015, Sopra Steria Group’s Board of Directors decided, at the suggestion of the Compensation Committee:
not to revise the fixed annual compensation of Pierre Pasquier, Chairman of the Board of Directors, currently set at €350,000 gross since 2011;
to raise Vincent Paris’ fixed annual compensation to €400,000 gross starting on 1 July 2015. This decision follows Vincent Paris’ appointment as Chief Executive Officer on 17 March 2015.
As a reminder, the variable compensation awarded to Sopra Steria Group company officers and Executive Committee members who meet their targets is 40% of their fixed annual compensation.
